~The Anima-Ture~
A typical 'i-am-a-good-for-nothing-klutz-with-no-girlfriend' series.

It does start pretty normal and then suddenly we get to see a girl fighting this huge machine-like thing in a space where giant cubes are floating in the sky.

Also a typical harem that makes this quite boring as we could've expected it from the start and the opening already who would've been in this guy's harem.

The fanservice is just plain horrible and uncalled for as most of those moments fail and does not come with the mood.
Noting much can be said until episode 10.

Here is where the story takes a turn point from the happy harem to the deceived bonding of false friends.
However, it also takes the same turn point back towards the happy harem at the end of the episode and returns to the nonstop boring series.

That one thing i hate is that they always had to work together to defeat one of the faydoom and the biggest wave was a group of 3.

Now at the very last moment they could destroy so many of the faydoom just like that but then events turned again and again.

The last episode is somewhat a weird development that they could've dragged on for a bit but they didn't.
Suddenly out of nowhere their weapons flew up and turned into a powerful weapon and the batte cry was 'Mone!'

The last 5 minutes......what the hell was that about?
I just don't get it but okay, I'll just deal with it.

I gave this one a 2 out of 5 on Anime-Planet

Additional information :

The soundtracks used are unfitting at many moments, the transformation theme is boring.
The opening and ending is a fitting this one a bit but still is not appealing to listen to.

All characters have the same build and structure type.
Nanase is able to hide her long hair in a very small gap of her helmet which is like a black hole.
JUST LOOK! SHORT HAIR! (Green one)

For those who are thinking about it that one, go watch the series and then you might understand my referral to the black hole.

My reason why this opinion is so short is simple.
It is hard to give an opinion on something that keeps repeating without anything new happening.

Note :
The moments i did laugh and enjoy are strangely enough when a lolicon-loving-bastard-towards-men-teacher named Ishikari is having some screen time.

Heavy Mecha Blues

~The Anima-Ture~
Too bad this one is a one-shot and i really mean it!

I can see a full 24 episode run being made with this one as it can go to heavy battles with dramatic scenes and then ending up with romantic human X things love.

I do think i have read something like that before where a robot gets turned into a human despite the ending looking bad.... might be my imagination.

Here we follow a boy named Eiji who lives with his dad.
The most common setting is that the father is useless except on high technological matters and that the son takes over the household chores and such.

And these stories always start with the boy narrating a sentence or story with these three words included 'my mother died'.

Tattoo princes is a great example for this setting where the protagonist hates woman because the mother 'left' and the father is a hopeless pervert who wants to record his sons private actions with a girl that is clinging onto him.

A Tsundere type robot is quite funny to see or rather read.
Not admitting to anything and doing whatever she wants her own way but yet declining that she did it her way if you ask her if she did it her way (WOW).

As you start reading this one you get pulled in to the story and the ending just leaves the unfinished feeling and the interest of wanting to see more.

Art : Pretty good

Story : Easy to follow and you can have a good laugh with this one.

Page-count : As mentioned i want to see more.

I give heavy mecha blues a well deserved 3.5 out of 5.

Crossover Galore #1

On Tuesday 8 January 2013 0 comments

~The Anima-Ture~

Starting today i will post crossover pictures i have found.

Perhaps with some of them i could add a little story or text to fill up the post because just posting pictures is rather....plain and boring.

Crossover 1

The first crossover is with Dragon Ball Z and Touhou.

Touhou is a franchise of games which has one of the largest fan-base if i am not mistaken.
There are new games, songs, animated gifs and animated movies monthly and these are all made by fans.

Dragon Ball Z comes after Dragon Ball but we should all know Dragon Ball Z as most of us grew up with Dragon Ball Z.
The Dragon Ball franchise is recently becoming active again and a new movie is coming and some rumors of the re-mastered version of Dragon Ball Z.

Crossover 2
There are a lot and i really mean A LOT of CharacterXCharacter pictures but most of the time they are from the same series.
Every gamer would wish for a girlfriend like Konata from Lucky star but i can't say the same for the other character she is put up with.

She is paired with Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh! and it seems that Yugi is the shy one even tough he is controlled by Yami Yugi it seems.
Yugi always had the child-like appearance while Yami Yugi had the manly expression and looks despite being in the same body.
Yugi/Yami Yugi + Konata eating a Pocky stick.

Crossover 3
I just had to share this one as there is this huge fan-base everywhere and you will never not see a character on any kind of convention that connects with Anime.

I am talking about Kuroshitsuji and without a doubt you heard about it too.

In this picture we see Sebastian Michaelis thinking about 'how to prepare' the bunny girls.
Don't make it too spicy for me Sebastian

I wouldn't mind some bunny with plums but i do prefer real bunnies and not human-like bunnies.
