It seems that they forgot to alter the pre-intro scene.

For me this looks like they were rushing this episode to be done with it.

Not like they have much different things to animate since nearly everyone does the same move over and over again.

This episode was not much work either since all they had to do is cut and paste.

I hate episodes where most of it is just a mash-up from previous episodes with no purpose.

I wonder how the next episode is going to be like.

Jinbei is in a near death status and the magistrate can't use her powers right when it was becoming epic.

I wonder if the people with the special powers are insect-like.

The magistrates name is what i suspect to be Kuroageha and she quickly shows her true nature and the reason why no one is 'allowed' to touch her.

There is good news too as Kaikawa manages to kill one of the insect hunters meaning that they aren't too strong and can be killed.

Kuroageha seems to be growing very fond of Jinbei and since her powers have been sealed she can carry him away from battle.
Her fragile and weak body and her kimono does make her attempt ten times harder.


I hope this title has more than 12 or 13 episodes.
I want to see things progress with Kuromi as she is my total favorite from the harem.

She is not in love with Shidou so she is not in the harem yet.

She did mention she wanted him but my guess is that it was because of his regenerating power that he got from Kotori, who now is on the verge of her self-awareness.

Tohka is showing her true girly side and does not really fit with her first appearance.

The hermit is still acting the same and the rest of the bunch are doing their things.

Kyouhei is my next favorite pervert to add to the top 10 pervert list.
I just love the way how he thinks.


Luffy's acting is rather funny when he got 'poisoned' by Caesar.

Caesar is now getting mad and showing his true side to his 'allies'.

The gastanet attack from Caesar is awesome and i bet it is even stronger than a whole marine fleets bombardment.

Learning about Joker and Vergo is quite boring if you ask me.

Okay i agree that they have to talk from time to time and not fight non-stop but still, filling a story like this is just plain boring.

The burger on Vergo's face is also something that could've better been left away.



The battle is surprisingly amusing to watch.

The new characters that come into the story are quite fun.

Airi and Jungo are my favorite couple already and i wonder how long it would take for everyone to learn of what happened with the nation wide disaster.

Hibiki's new demon reminds me of a Pokémon and he is the strongest summoner for now.

A short introduction how Yamato, JP's head, got his demon and how he treated everyone.

For him there is no use for the weak so he would create a nation ruled by only strong people and those who fail even one task would be thrown aside.

It is a surprise that Yamato already knew the demon that is sitting behind the scenes wondering how humanity would do against the demon invasion.

The reason why all of this is happening is rather disturbing.

What is not mentioned here is that there would be life on other planets as Alcor talks about a 'big boss' that decides to erase a planet to the void.


WOW! Just WOW!

We learn that Unit 1, the red Valvrave that Haruto took control of, is the only one that holds the curse that turns him into a beast.

I wonder what drove him to do that to Rukino. Is it because she influenced him by saying that he loses control because of beautiful women?

I just love this title with a passion!

I just can't get enough of the drama and action.


Twist after twist and episode 11 is adding not just one but two twists.

The first one is where Pixiv has confirmed what i thought in my Random Talk #20 that humanity created the giants in order to unite and end the wars.

Not that he said it in a way that it completely confirms it, but the 'legend' that not many know does lead me to that conclusion.

The second twist is that Eren suddenly turned against Misaka once he entered his giant form.

Thanks to that i can't wait for next weeks episode because i want to know how and why he attacked her.


Neferpitou is my favorite!
Just because she is a cat girl and has the attitude of a cat.

Playing with her pray but in this case it was to get information so she played with... brains.

Okay, she is dropping out of the favorite list.


I wonder how much stronger Kite is going to be.

He is calm in any situation but there must be times where even he loses his cool and gets angry.

I just want to see one of those moments.


Not much to talk about for this episode.

We know what Otohime want to achieve and we know that she is an evil witch that only cares for money.

I just can't wait to see Gon in a difficult situation so that he unleashes his ultimate form?
The opening partly gave it away not that i paid attention to it.

I wonder how strong Kite really is and just how strong Gon's father must be as Kite was his student.

The fight has started and Gon shows part of his strength by crushing his enemy by getting a little bit angry.

I can't wait for Gon's ultimate form and i bet it would be in about 5 episodes or so.
I just hope for it and i want to see Killua evolving into a monster too, not like he ain't one already.

Kite's fighting is just funny and epic at the same time.
He always complains about his weapons that he gets from his special power weapon slots.
Now this episode is a huge surprise and yet again it is not.

Hideauze are in fact human and they are not, thanks to scientists.
Humans created not only a new human race to survive in space, but also their own nemesis.

I wonder how Ledo will act now towards the Hideauze since he saw Chamber killing one that was once a human and shown in the data, before his eyes.

What bothers me here is that Chamber has to be reminded about who the highest ranking officer was and he also ignored an order to stop.

I wonder how Commander Kugel is on Earth as he supposedly died in battle against the Hideauze.

Ledo is starting to refuse the ideals of the galactic alliance but Chamber is telling him that it is a must to fight for survival of the current human race.


The fight between Kuromi and Kotori was short but cool.
Imagine an all-out war between spirits and each of them have their own special power and arsenal to release on their enemy.

Now we know how Kotori was hiding her spirit self and it seems that Kotori is even worse than Kuromi in terms of bloodlust and the need to destroy.

I can't wait to see the next episode!


And Mushibugyou never ceases to make me laugh with random moments like Jinbei's brilliant escape plan.

I do want to know why the famous insect hunter group wants to kill the head of the insect magistrate who is also killing insects.

I kind of like the magistrate because she gives in to Jinbei and does not bother trying to tell him she's the magistrate after 3 attempts.

She also gives away that she starts to have feelings for Jinbei.

We knew that Mugai was part of the insect hunter group but to think that he was the leader?

And just a coincidence that Koikawa heard the conversation and he started attacking.

Too bad the episode ends here though.


Not one but two new Valvrave's and what bothers me is that they knew how to handle it when Haruto was having trouble with it.
They also didn't overheat like Haruto did despite the fact that they were using their weapons nonstop.

The blue Valvrave is so overpowered with its ultimate shield and splintered beam attack that has beams that auto-lock on the enemy.

The yellow Valvrave is kind of lame and the cool physics teacher showed his true objective and that of module 77.

I am slightly getting more and more disappointed by this title.


Kiroumaru's return is a good thing it seems.
What i am doubting about is his smirk he puts on from time to time.

We get to see Tokyo and it became a dessert that we know from the one in Egypt.

The only difference is that there are some bushes and a lot of vile creatures that have mutated.


Saki seems to have remembered Shun and he 'showed' up before her and ran away.
He lead her to Kiroumaru and as they teamed back up they are a party of 3 instead of 4.

Inui died protecting Saki and as Saki told Satoru she found the pshycobuster he took it.

From a barren wasteland they are now in a rich of green area and this means rain.

It is obstructing Kiroumaru's plan to take out the troops that are hunting them and he went out to hunt them.

Shun seemed to be talking to Saki as if he was there and told her the fiend is not a fiend at all.

Due to Saki's planning, Kiroumaru died by the hands of the 'fiend' because he thought Kiroumaru was human.

Once he revealed his face, the 'fiend' started screaming and received the death feedback penalty which makes me wonder how it could be possible to have a death feedback on species that are not the same.

As explained it was a in DNA implanted gene that prevents any human with the cantus power to live after using their cantus on a human being.

How in all-of-my-whats-name can this part change so quickly?
Because the rats raised the 'fiend'? Is it just a matter of whom they grew up with?

Now with Yakomaru caught and close to death sentence, we learn why the rats started revolting.

Humans are humans and they will abuse their powers such as wiping out a colony of these rats for fun.
To me it all seems a well deserved misfortune on the villagers.

The beasts might've been treated as beasts, but yet they only acted on revenge for what has been done wrong to them.

The question 'What was first? The chicken or the egg?' is easy.

Bacteria was first and then the creature it creates. It will reproduce itself and thus the chicken would've been the first thing to have come.

This is my theory so don't ponder too much about it.

The ending was rather beautiful and rather sad too.


So much new music being used and this on rather dramatic or normal moments.
Whilst i fully understand the captain that wants to eliminate them i still hate his attitude despite what the others around him think of the situation.

I can't wait to see the next episode when Eren is going to confront the giants while knowing he can use the power of a titan himself.

I also want to see commander Pixis in action as he is old.
Old guys often tend to chance even the most epic moments, even more epic than it already is.

What is going to be a bummer is that if he does engage in an epic battle and would die.
So i hope that won't happen and i do hope not to see many of the current cast to die in just an episode again.

Drama kicks in and it ain't gonna stop!

I bet even more people will die that we don't want to see disappear from the story.

What has been confirmed is that there are 5 Valvrave's that can be used and some units that are disassembled so my guess is that there will be a battle where they will steal those units and create Valvrave-like machinery to oppose the current Valvrave's.

What bothers me is that even if the Valvrave's overheat they run into a 'number of the beast' modus which powers them up for a brief moment, but have the power to destroy entire fleets in just a matter of time.

The 'beast modus' (what i call it for now) gets activated after the Valvrave is overheated and while knowing this they still want to keep their heating low so they won't go into that state.

I admit that it is a wise choice as the Valvrave won't bulge until it reaches 666/666.

What does come to mind is that the enemy does not want to destroy the Valvrave's, but capture them.

So they should just go for it while knowing this.

I wonder if we'll get to see more of L-Elf's past.

It does look interesting as i would like to see how he got accepted in the military.


The very first thing that bothers me is the fashion and the second thing is that everyone is holding their cell phones at any circumstance.

There are some other things that bother me too like the 'secret' in secret site or that Daichi is saying that his and Hibiki's family evacuated from the disaster when he only got asked the question (which we did not hear) "Where are you/Are you okay?".

The second monster that appears looks like an icicle and strangely enough its head i believe? Explodes and then regrew out of the circulating body.
Hibiki's monster however, attacks the head and it starts bleeding so my question is, how come it does not spill blood all over the place when it explodes?

Why do you even look at your phone when you are in grave danger?

Oh all the petty officers and captains! It's starting to become a fairytale with chicks and guys!

I don't know why but Nitta reminds me oh Hinata from Naruto.


It is amazing how things turned out to be a hard time for the villagers even when they are powerful enough to destroy villages.
Their genes is their problem and even a fiend is still a human being so they can't kill them.

The fiend however can kill them without the death feedback which makes me wonder how they don't receive the death feedback as it is supposedly in their genes.

What do they toss aside? Their sanity? Their peaceful thinking?
I want to know or i just didn't pay enough attention to the story about karma demons and fiends.


Wiseman is my next favorite to add to the list of perverts!
It is funny how he is the one that thought humans super science that would defy the gods, who in turn got incinerated by Levia-tan.

Not sure if this is giving us the message 'Humans with power, will seek to dominate all'.

Also quite funny that there are memes being used in this episode and i bet there will be even more.


Wow i did not expect a cliffhanger from a series like this.
I want to know who 'Emi' is but i don't want to see the wish being reverted.

This is actually the first time I've watched the ending and i have to say that the dance is pretty cute.


Not really what i expected of Eren being in control of a giant, but still very interesting.

If his father made a drug or body modification serum, then this would mean that it happened before and that the giants or Eotena's were created by mankind.

However, the intro shows medieval times and gunpowder is being used now in approximately 100 years time.
They have materials that is from an even later date like gas powered machinery.

I am also annoyed by this episode as they dropped the quality of the series.

A giant does not shows any emotion no matter what and then one starts crying like a baby because both his eyes were stabbed.

And almost every person gets bitten once and they are split in half, but now there is one munching on one and all he got is a medium sized wound on the left side of his body and a head wound.

I start to hate this series and with a very good reason.

I know some titles have no need for logic, but evacuating a whole town with what i suspect to be more than 1 million people in just 20 minutes and this with only 3 people?

A man lifting, what i suspect to be weighting over 100.000 KG horn like it is nothing by turning it into his own weapon.

This is just lame to be honest.
If this is the most normal thing that they'll show in this series then i don't have much good left to say.

I bet the next insect would be having a super speed sonic attack and a double armor plating inside its body and venomous blood.

The only thing i look forward to is that the girl Jinbee was with, is the head of the Mushibugyou and was talking about sealing herself away.


I start to like where the story is going to with Kurumi in the story now.
I wonder what her plans with Shido are.

Is she planning to kill him or maybe making him a slave of hers?
She is talking about not being able to wait to get him and to be one with him.

The way she acts makes it look like she wants to eat him.
Maybe she just wants some 'life force' from him, just saying.

What a surprise it is to see Kotori revealing that she is a spirit too.

Kurumi seems to be having infinite amount of lives because she uses herself from other alternate times and space.

What bothers me is that Tohka can't use her powers like before plus the fact that she was able to re-use her 'sealed' powers to protect Shido.



I don't get the pre-intro to this episode.
A time-skip for about 200 years and we get to see Rukino with her Valvrave that was different from the version we know.
She also had a suit fitting her Valvrave's color.

I am wondering who the other golden 7 are.
I assume that Haruto is also one of them since he is immortal too.

And then we go back to the 'past' or 'present' where we were left off.

The thing i have been waiting for is finally kicking in!

It is DR- Wait for it, -AMA!

The first death we see that is showing us that the students will die in an attack and that they aren't safe in dangerous areas.

The music makes the fighting scenes rather, anti-climatic.

I really hate the rich peoples attitude.
I am also one that complains, but not when it comes to times where you need to work together to get somewhere like these 3 that have to cross the dessert.

I am wondering if the next episode is going to be a little bit more dramatic since Leviathan got 'punched' by a mecha-like monster.

Yeah okay, i don't know what to say about this episode.

Muromi seems to be so scary that some fish get it in their genes to be scared and especially for Muromi's voice and face.

Other than that we get to see Muromi being picked on again as she is being treated as food.


One of the most hated things is happening right now.
Tsukiko is some precious DVD's!

No matter what the contents of the DVD's are, i just hate it that some handle DVD's without care like not putting them properly back in their case without touching the data encrypted side.
My question is the same as Youto's.

The moaning made me turn down my volume, A LOT!

What i wonder even more is : are these translations and subs correct?

I mean come on, talking about wanting to pour thick white genetic fluids in a hole?

This series did got a few places up on my list for being good. FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER (Cough, Cough)!

If wishing for the destruction of the world can be fulfilled by the cat god then i have to say that cats are scary creatures indeed.

The sis-con steel witch gets better with each episode!
It also surprises me how easy she is to fool around with.


Too bad we already know that the king will be born and he looks a lot like the phantom troupe's leader Chrollo as they give it away in the new intro.

I am wondering how a handful of people is going to fight hordes of these ants if they had trouble with just a few already.



I just knew that Eren would make his return one way or another!
It seems he regained his limbs and he seemed to be using a titan's body where their weak spot is as if it was a cockpit.


This is also on of the few moments where Mikasa shows emotions in front of everyone.

I first couldn't wait to see Eren's return and now i can't wait to get the story about how and why he was a giant.


A rather boring episode if you ask me.
A death of a character that has been with the story from the start is always sad, but the fleet commander just had nothing that would make us feel sad about it.

Now with Ledo leaving Gargantia i wonder what is going to happen.

Are we now on a new chapter and follow the other ship or is the story going to be split in two where we get to see parts of the daily life on Gargantia and the other ship with Ledo.

Killua's way to ride a horse is rather funny, but that is what you expect from an assassin right?

I guess we'll get to see some infighting between the ants as their human DNA is making them more like humans.

What bothers me is that they got cloths and books on a continent where those things are forbidden.
They only raid the human settlements that are allowed to be there and keep everything like it was in the medieval times.

So i wonder where these ants got the books about the human history and weaponry.

Also what is bothering me the most is that the ants suddenly found penguins, chameleons, cheetahs, crocodiles, pigs, turtles and much more animals on just that little continent.

I always hate to see characters die that you don't want to die.

The ants are now using guns, but they know little of it and it seems they got the infinite ammo cheat unlocked.

Some even seem to be able to use the hunter skills like Gyo.


I like the settings as i grew up with Rurouni Kenshin and i just love the old scenery from Japan.
I just love history!

The story however is rather plain and boring. The protagonist Jinbei is what bothers me.
He is strong and yet weak and when time comes he is strong enough to barely win.

In 4 episodes we learn about all his partners and my favorite is the killer of 99, Shingiku Koikawa.

His attitude and all are just perfect and he is like Zaraki Kenpachi from Bleach.

The previews before the series start are just plain annoying and unnecessary.
The design of characters is also rather, Dynasty warrior like.


The ending of this episode was rather unexpected!

I wonder how Haruto is going to handle the situation he is in now.

Cool to see that there are more than one 'Valvrave', but the question is,are they only able to be controlled by the students from Jior's Module 77?

I do hate how Rukino behaves.
Something tells me that she is going to end up betraying her friends.

What, what, what and WHAT?

The Japanese really like Norse and Greek mythology it seems.
Well, i can't blame them as most of the 'moe' and fan serviced girls are those with animal features.

There is even a hype about a monster girl Manga that i do believe to be serialized in the near future.
I can't recall the name of the Manga.


A teenager fishing and he pulls out a mermaid and just accepts it like that.


She wants him to to fertilize her eggs.


They are over a billion years old.


Burning a mermaid will not kill them and they can walk on land with their tail.

These are all my whats for today.

I don't know if i like it or dislike the whole series.
A sort of slap-stick 'story' with a failed touch of romance, violence and..... talking sea life.


I just love it!
The characters and the slap-stick moments mixed with extreme perverted moments.

The sister of steel is awesome and on top of that she has a little sister-complex.
Despite her disciplined mannerisms and leading figure, she loses her posture when seeing the elephant.

Yes you must watch the show to understand it.

I also love the 'om nom nom' moments and biting action.
Not that i am that kind of person, but the way that it happens in the show is just hilarious.

First i have this to ask : WHY ONLY GIRLS IN SUCH A STORY THAT COULD'VE BEEN AWESOME WITHOUT THE OBVIOUS FAIL HAREM PLOT PLANNING?!

I love how it all starts, but seriously?
Everything is done with and by girls.

Elite troops are girls and 'spirits' are girls.

The guys all have these weird roles like 'master of love' because he married and divorced 5 times, the protagonist can't die so far we know and he can seal the powers of these spirits if they allow him to AND YET THEY CAN USE THEIR POWER AT WILL TO PROTECT THE ONE THEY WANT TO PROTECT!

It all makes no sense!

On to the good side : I like how some things develop like the battle (despite this being a weird matter too) to kill or help these spirits.

So far i did have a poker face while watching up to date, meaning i did not laugh or wanted to drop a tear from epicness or sadness.
Nothing at all and even the supposed-to-be-most-epic-battle-ever (and i am not talking about the battle between Naruto and Pain * cough, cough*) made me drop a tear because of the low quality and slap-stick-like animation.

Though i have different feelings for each series.
I might like the .//hack franchise and hate Sword Art : Online despite that they have the same settings and story.

I judge per title and not because they are alike or from the same mangaka/studio.

You could understand it with this example :
Toriko is like One Piece, Bleach, Naruto and Dragon Ball, but yet i can't stand to watch even 8 episodes.
I haven't gotten further than episode 8 and it has been on that episode since the 2011 title started airing.


Back on topic

Some of the outfits are pretty cool and some characters are drawn in a nice way.

I am surprised that in just 30 years the whole civilization of Earth (not sure about this) have rebuild whole cities into a mechanic machine for protection from spirits.

Okay not every building is able to move underground, but still, creating a system like that?

I do hope that the story gets a change because i don't want to see an all-out girl fight just because of one guy who 'can't' die and heals at the speed of light as if he is superman.


I am still waiting for Eren's return.
A titan fighting a titan is rather cool to see.

They first show no signs of emotion or any kind of feeling when getting cut up, but now there is a titan showing his angry face to every other titan and they in turn return the favor.
They start fighting and the battle is over within seconds.

I am wondering what kind of power the cool brothers are using.
Teleportation or are they just faster than Luffy's second gear?


First thing i hate already are the facial expressions and the nonchalant behavior of the 'strongest pilots'.

The way of fighting resembles that of the Gundam franchise.
I do think the artist that are working on this title are the same behind the Gundam Seed versions.
The characters just look so much alike and i am going to look up who worked on these.

So far it looks promising to watch.


I don't like the space combat that much in most Anime because of the laser beams and shield stuff, but the rest is cool.

This series started with how i dislike it, but it quickly changed to a story you want to follow.

I am so going to wait every week for a new release!

I wonder how the space people will act once they know they can return to Earth.

I bet they will act superior and try to dominate or rather exterminate the earthlings.


I love how it all starts and how the mystery behind Valvrave slowly comes to light.
It is also cool that these 4 episodes just feel like a beginning of a long lasting story.
These 4 episodes are like the intro and perhaps episode 5 and 6 are too.

I can't wait for the next episode so we all know the answer to this.


To me it seems Leviathan has a brother-complex because he is all she cares about even when sleeping.
She is always talking to herself about her brother too.

I love Leviathan's way to ask certain things, 'We're friends'.

Syrup is just cute in everything she does! Even when she is being smashed by a volleyball.

I wonder who the mysterious kid is and i do think we get to see more in episode 6.


I believe this is the fasted drama story for the main protagonist characters.
I mean come on, Eren supposedly died now together with the rest of all the friends.

Even the intro gives away that he cuts one of those giants up so i believe that he isn't dead yet.



I just noticed that only the intro changed, but still has the same song for all 78 episodes.
I could never get tired of hearing this song to be honest.

I have to say that the Chimera ants are strange.
I wonder if they have the same life expectancy as real insects or maybe it could be years because of the genetic adjustment each breed receives from the queen.
