These guys aren't exactly in love with the main character nor do they like her in any way like it could be treated as a reverse harem.
The weird thing is that i don't understand why one person who formerly worked in a place with a big pay, can't pay for the hospital bills and has to rely on somebody else.
I just don't get it.
The story itself has no decent development or whatsoever.
Just about a group of smart guys and how they are.
What they think of others is as we know it in the daily live. They think low of commoners.
I do wonder what being a genius means these days...

Playing the piano makes you a genius.
And becoming the dorm manager as a young person gives you envy, hate, jealousy.
