Short gag, nothing much to say except that this one is for those who can really live in an imaginary world.
With imaginary world i mean that you can live in the story and create voices inside your head and then the sounds and then you would understand this gag for a fully 100% for it's humor.
......And yes i can imagine alternate worlds in my mind......
